Error deleting file or folder - SOLVED!

Error deleting file or folder cannot delete file cannot read from the source file or disk.
I have solved this problem by myself. How to delete?
Use Esset Nod32 AV.
Right click the file you cannot delete then
in your esset tab click advanced option then click quarantine file and your done. Go to esset window, click tools, open your quarantined and you can now delete that file.

P.S. I know, its not about android, but i get this file when i backup my droid. hehe!
